RETURNS & EXCHANGES

1. All products that arrive to the customer defective will be replaced at no cost to the customer. If a defective product is unable to be replaced, the customer will receive all funds back minus shipping and handling.

2. Returns for unwanted products must be submitted no later than 7 days after receiving the product and will be determined by Club Alfa on a case-by-case basis. If a return is deemed acceptable, the customer must return the product to Club Alfa within 1 week of acceptance and will receive 50% of the value of the product.

4. Non-Returnable Items:

   Customized products are made specifically for you and cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a defect or error in the product.

5. All sales are final.
